3. Cookies
In order to make visiting our website enjoyable and to enable the use of certain functions, we use so-called “cookies” on various pages. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. Some of the cookies we use are deleted again after the end of the browser session, i.e. after closing your browser (these are called session cookies). Other cookies remain on your terminal device and enable us or, if applicable, a partner company to recognize your browser on your next visit (persistent cookies). If cookies are not accepted, the functionality of our website may be limited.
4. Initiated personal data collection, processing and use
In principle, the collection or transmission of personal data is not necessary for the use of our web pages. Your personal data will only be processed or used if you provide this data voluntarily. This may be necessary in the following cases:
(1) Inquiries / fulfilment of contract
We collect and process your personal data to the extent that is necessary in each case, insofar as you provide us with data in the case of enquiries, contract-related enquiries or other individual transactions.
We use the data provided by you to fulfil our contractual obligations towards you and to process the closed contracts between you and us. It may be necessary to pass on your personal data to companies that we use to provide the service or process the contract.
(2) Newsletter
If you register for a newsletter (only if offered) your e-mail address will be used for our own advertising purposes until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Cancellation is possible at any time. If you would like to receive our newsletter, we need a functioning e-mail address assigned to you. We check the validity of this e-mail address during the registration process by sending a confirmation e-mail.
(3) Transfer to state institutions and authorities
We only pass on data to state institutions and authorities entitled to receive information within the framework of legal obligations or on the basis of a court decision.
(4) Legal basis
To the extent that the basic data protection regulation applies to our data processing, the legal basis of the processing is:
a) the fulfilment of contractual obligations on our part towards the person concerned (Art. 6 para. 1 b) DSGVO
b) the consent of the data subject (Art. 6 para. 1 a) DPA
c) the fulfilment of statutory collection and retention obligations, in particular for tax purposes (Art. 6 para. 1 c) DSGVO
5. Rights of the data subjects
We would like to use your data to be able to inform you about our products and services and to ask you about them if necessary. You have the right to request confirmation as to whether or not your data is being processed, to receive information about this data, and to receive further information and a copy of the data in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. Accordingly, under Art. 16 DPA, you have the right to request the completion of data concerning you or the correction of incorrect data concerning you. Under Art. 17 DSGVO, you have the right to demand that data concerning you be deleted immediately, or alternatively, under Art. 18 DSGVO, to demand that the processing of the data be restricted. You have the right to demand that the data concerning you, which you have provided us with, is received in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO and to demand that it be passed on to other responsible parties. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO.
6. Right to withdraw
You have the right to revoke consents granted in accordance with Art. 7 Para. 3 DSGVO with effect for the future. If the revocation takes place during an ongoing business transaction, the deletion will take place immediately after its completion. Further legal obligations to delete or block data remain unaffected by this.
7. Right to object
You can object to the future processing of data concerning you at any time in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO. In particular, you may object to processing for the purposes of direct advertising.
8. Technical and organisational measures
We will take the technical and organizational measures necessary to ensure the implementation of the regulations on data protection, provided that the effort is in reasonable proportion to the intended protection purpose.
